The second challenges in Wisma Mahmud, almost same case as gen-set of building 's change over contactor.
The RHB Bank's gen-set change over contactor again spoil for second time.
The cost is RM330.
Yesterday night ATM machine trip and gen-set was functioning.
My chargeman came to reset but we never thought to call Bank's person in charges.
Today morning been scold by bank assistant branch manager because of not inform him about the trip.
Early morning we rush for the server.......server was rest whole night due to trip and it might spoil/corrupt if
no action been taken.
This make us very nervous and try for temporary by pass the circuit.
Not even 1 hour something burnt again due to unbalance phase.
Hence, we decide to solve the root cause rather than keep on changing the contactor.
RM330 contactor + new DB RM400.
Luckly the supplier has stock and bank also allow us to spend few hours to totally solve the problem.
I 'encourage' my technical staff: " if you can done around 130pm, i will sponsor KFC"
Then, without delay, the job done just nice 130pm.
Thanks GOD at the same time the vendor of RHB Bank also came to check others problem.
They did support us why this thing happen file time.
It was due to previous contractor doing something 'easy way' for the DB.
Finally all done and everything back to normal.

Security guard again
25.3.2013 around 11pm, phone rang while i already slept.
The ATM machine of bank was trip and gen-set was functioning.
I ask the guard do you willing to help, its not hard to reset.
He answer: tak nak la, nanti barang rosak.
Why morning shift can?
Dia orang ada ambil gaji kami tak..
bla....bla bla............
i was very angry and stop the conversation.
Call my chargeman and he was sleeping also.
He said: saya sudah tidur oooooo
bla bla bal....
boleh suruh wandi ka....
cant reach wandi so call him again...
So he force to go to the site .....
i told him takkan nak saya turun.
then he request increment for salary....
the next morning i purposely went to site early to 'catch' another one who always going back early.
half way met the guard which been talked to me last night.
surprise that he greet me morning....
huh......i still can't sense that last night i was so angry with you?
