Tea lady part 2

My cleaner told me the tea lady that very angry with me did inform her:" kalau Jong tegur saya , mahu saya tegur dia"

Fulamak...so funny....this is very smart to pyscology me to start talk to her and meaning that i say sorry to her.

Ok.....then next time i start first, no harm for me.

Finally we meet her in the lift, me and two technical staffs...

As usual, her face so black but i manage to greet her: Hi Kak.

Then she reply, apa khabar lama tak jumpa.

that's it......


Then second time meet her again and now she start:

Kakak dah nak baik sama Jong...........

woo.........

settle.....

hohoho

Problem cleaner part 2

Finally my boss been pushed to my side to interview my problem cleaner before HR people from HQ come

to domestic Inquiry my cleaner.

I can't join the interview and the result is she admit and apologise.

Means she still got the chance to stay here.

Shit.

I will see the super thick face again!!!

In front of my boss she admit everything and say sorry...

That's it....settle for her own shake and HR not need to come here.

They scared to attend labour court and so on troublesome paperwork bla bla bla...

If i am the boss, i don't scare...

The worst is i pay some money to her then settle ma....

Rather than you keep paying staff who totally NG at all...

The people that i hate most

There are one type of people which i hate most:

1.  Never answer and return call even you keep on calling him.
     Then finally he answer the call & saying that he in meeting.
     come on la, i also did attend meeting, but i will sms back to inform i in the meeting.
     U? never return call even sms.
     Now i plan to revenge to this guy, wait him call me and then i never answer and return call,
     let him feel what i had feel.

2.  One more company even worst , i had call 3 of them and 3 of them 99.9% wouldn't answer the call.
      two are big boss, one is supervisor and all are hakka lang.
      I feed up calling them and complaint to the big boss by sms.
     Why your most of your staff never answer call? He asked:" who?"
      Even you also one of them, then he start give excuse meeting la, sick la....bla bla bla....
      really shit...........

Renovation + new exhaust fan + new fire fighting panel + whole building don't have air conditioning.

Its just happen within morning.

Second time praise by tenant

While i pass the parking access card to tenant, he praise me.

Tommy Boy-coffee

Tommy boy, just open few days at Boulevard shopping complexs.

Luckly my wife give approval to drink coffee.

RM6.90 after discount due to just opening =RM5.50.

Try it after reach home due to take care of my prince, hard to drink at the same time watch him.

Ok, i quickly call her to see me, repeat the same thing and emphasize on the major misconduct which false

You rather to chosse getting worst record rather than keep clean record by self termination?

I call my HR then inform them to quickly book ticket to come Kuching just for domestic inquiry.
