My ex office at simpang tiga will have sport for staff to relax themselves minimum once a month.
Every time my staff will join them for futsal.
Today I ask them to standby one person….
they not really answered me who going to standby and one of the chargeman answred me: don’t worry I will answered your call….
215pm wait till nobody standby at office and my problem clerk went out since 12 noon.
Then 317pm tenant call pertaining level 3 unstable current and I really not up to date and can’t answered him.
This really make me very angry due to I did remind my assistant to update me the status of level 3 but unfortunately he went to pray without update me anything.
330pm I guess my chargeman call me and I shout at him : You tiga balik sekarang.
Then I off the conversation.
Wait till 415pm I guess again finally two only back to office.
Where is another member?
We don’t want to disturb him since so excited playing futsall.
I start questioning them: what happen at level 3 done or not and why you don’t update me?
They enquiry and I don’t know how to answered.
And you confidently told me you will answered my call but now all never answered when I call.
And you even worst till not even switch on your hand phone.
Tell me, why????
You tell me why you don’t update me,
I did remind you right? WHY?
He really don’t know how to answered me and keep on worry how to answered me.
Then I boom back the confidently guys about answering call, he repeat explain twice then he start said: Sorry, I tak tahan you marah, saya minta maaf dan takkan ulang lagi….
The another one also take opportunity to say sorry to me.
You orang nak buli saya, pijak palak saya ke????
Bla bla bla I scold them badly till both don’t know how to answer me…
Now, go update the boss and now onward you guys must standby one person here and I always go there for sports. I choose who ever standby.
Almost 3 years here and this is the first time i so angry and scolded them badly....

CLERK CHEAT ON SICK CERTIFICATE
My clerk sick leave on 30.4.2015 but can’t show me the proof after back to work on 5.5.2015.
Then 6.5.2015 a day later she show me her sick certificate.
The sick certificate been edited and it’s really obvious the date been changed.
So, I call the clinic in front of my clerk and find out the truth.
Doctor say she only went there yesterday (5.5.2015) and she request sick certificate for 4.5.2015. OMG, luckly she didn’t request for 30.4.2015.
If not really hard to caught her for this big cheating.
I asked the doctor why you simply give her sick certificate for the day that she didn’t went to your clinic.
He answered: She asked for it then I gave lo….And is up to you believe it or not…
OMG, such a doctor and simply/easily give sick certificate.
I told everything to my clerk and she just say really?
How come he say like that, then never mind la, just deduct my salary…
Wow….i repeating asked her few time to tell me the truth but she refuse…
Then I said Ok, let’s go clinic there face to face talk to the doctor.
When the time we really want to go to the clinic, she start telling me another personal issue.
She said she got personal problem which affect her always sick.
She got pressure from her mother in law…
she always want to control/give advice for what the done.
This is why she always sick due to pressure….bla bla bla………
I told her my pressure is much compare with yours.
My wife can’t mix up with my mum and she always complaint her working’s problem, been bullying by colleague, unfair overload of work load.
Then finally she admits of cheating the sick certificate.
So I told I very angry due to last experience of cleaner also using the same method cheat for leave
And she knew about this but she still brave enough to try for this.
She keeps on say sorry and worries me angry about her. I told her no point I angry you; I take action if you make mistake.
As easy as that…. Hence, I inform my HR department then they support me and issue her a warning letter.
She not scared at all about the warning letter, for her is nothing.
Ordinarily people will worry about warning letter due to effect for yearly bonus once received warning letter.
