My staff return back to the room that in progress of demolish to take picture due

to something gone again....(demolish already take few days and almost everyday new thing gone)


We just take picture and i left that room.

I heard some one asking: the telephone cable gone, who take it?

I stop awhile and ask back: You asking me?

He repeat the same question.

I answer dont know and left that room.

My staff told me why dont you ask him back you questioned me

means you accuse me take it.

Ha....funny.....too bad and too late to do so....

I can reply back exactly as what he do it to me.....

2015 birthday part 2-arguing with people

2015 birthday, first time i still working on birhtday, normally i will off.

Guess what happen, i check the toilet which going to surrender back by contractor and found

something wrong inside the room.

Two Air freshener gone, one exhaust fan gone (replaced with new ceiling board and the hole of

ceiling board outside the toilet) , bidet head for female toilet gone.

I call the renovation supervisor to confirm and request him to ask his man at the side.

Yesterday the wire all gone by early comer & yesterday is the first day of demolish 

work start.


I return back to the toilet and the man at side start scold me, you accuse we still the thing?

I say i dont accuse, i just ask did anyone seeing it?

No, you are calling my supervisor and accuse us stole it.

I felt angry and reply back with higher tone.

I didn't accuse like that and i did ask properly with your supervisor.

He reply back:" It's wrong also if you asked, you ask mean you accuse. You can't asked either!"

Ask also cannot!????

Yes!!!

You can simply eat but you can't simply said anything....


bla bla bla....very angry and keep on negling.....


I am unhapply then left that room....


Ask also cannot, what kind of human being he is....

If a policeman invite him to assist for investigation, cannot also?

You try said back the same sentences to the policeman, then i salute you as a real man!!

2015 birthday

    Gift from my wife, bye bye red cover, you need retired liao.

This is the funniest part, my wife get this from annual dinner before my birthday and

my son keep on pass this to me as my birthday present, super funny boy, love you Jaydean.

most expensive coffee for normal restaurant

I had drink coffee at this restaurant for many time but never border for the price.

Now, i just discovered RM4 for normal coffee with big cup consider expensive compare

with others restaurant.

The comment from tenant- complaint the boss

While i dig back old customer survey form, i found this form 9.5.2013, two years ago.

She dare to complaint in form but never put her name and i able to trace her.

This is the culture here; wrote bad comment but don't dare to put their name.

I admitt that i am arrogant especially to her coz i never greet her.

Effective from that day i always greet her and today when i recall back; i still very arrogant.

Every time i enter at level 6, i just passby without greet anyone....

So, this is my big mistake & problem.

Ok then, today start again i need to improve my attitude.....

Greet and smile at everyone...and please don't just passby like that which pretend nothing happen.
