Very arrogant senior technician

This is not the first time already this so call as senior air cond technician been so unfriendly with me.

I call him to get his assist to solve my problem.

He said not yet settle meh.

I told him he asked to wait for him.

No la....where got ....bla bla bla....

You people cannot settle meh....so simple....

I start not happy and start high blood liao...

Face getting red but i still manage to cool down and said: " you jgn selalu nak sindir saya"

Bukan sindir tapi ini simple pun u lupa...macam mana u jadi manager sana.

wo wo wo......too much already.....

the first.....i am fake manager here....

my top management cheat my client saying that i am manager here but

the fact is i am a facility head doing task of facility manager but received facility head's salary & benefit.

This is our good company practice.

Hate to hear that :" wa.....you are manager there hor....."

Ger wat la.....tipu punya.......

Macam mana u boleh lupa....bla bla bla again....

i knw this guy already become devil already....

no point i beg him again, only made me high blood nia....

so i just end the call.

this really not the first time already.....

i know the whole sarawak depend on you even the technical advisor also scared of you coz

worried one day you chao away then no more replacement then the advisor is the one to come down here

far away from KL....

He not dare to pressure you but come on la....

as a normal human being....

PLEASE respect people....

even you are so intelligent, so knowledgeable, so technical experiences wise also don't act like..

who knows one day i may save you life or you may need my help.

Saturday morning received a call which require me back to office immidiately.

I always enquiry back what happen?

I wouldn't follow any instruction of i dont know the problem.

My cleaners are fighting.

Oh man....

Again, the problem staff create problem again.

I told them i wouldn't back to office and will see them on Monday.

Finally all come and told the real story.

L: i dont know why she suddenly hit me.

A: she always stared at me so i very hot terus nak hantam dia....dah setahun i sabar....

     Don't laugh ( i laugh coz the reason she hit her coz of staring) coz for me is serious.

So, it just happen like that.

I ask others cleaner back to work except the sibling cleaners who bring trouble.

complaint, complaint and complaint.......

no one agree with each others.

Then, case stop and she agree to self terminated.

finally, no more problem staff, but her sister at the first wanna resign also.

lastly she take back her word and want to try.....

now hard to find job....

Unforgettable day 1-3.11.2013

Since 31.8.2013 i already waiting for the next stage for long long time.

Just wish to upgrade myself which been delayed since many years ago.

Finally 1-3.11.2013 is coming and i was there.

3.11.2013-It's confirmed and finally i have been upgrade.

Wouldn't forget the day for my whole life.

Many thankfull for those together with me completed the stage.

It's really meaningfull that one of my schoolmate was graduate with me for the second time.
