One of the remisior call me due to forget to bring automated parking access card.

I not really willing to help her but since she say not willing to park above ground there coz very hot day.

Then I say when you reach here just call me.

So I just borrow her a access card then she very happy and say I love you.

Wow…this three words really powerfully.

Just three words nia make me feel like fly in the sky…

3.11.2012 ~the worst action been make

Finally the meeting is on between security guard and my second boss also manages to join us.

Been appointment for 9am but wait about 1 hour only turn up.

The starting is no good coz I talk with angry tone and my heart beat so fast and I think my high blood pressure increase so dramatically. 

That guy who scold me sitting there whole day with unhappy face and still not happy with me and still don’t admit their mistake.

I talk a lot……

Finally at the end. Done.

The most stupid thing I ever done and the most regret action I did was :

I am so stupid telling him I don’t blame him and automatically I approach my hand to him for shake hand.

Of coz he not so willing and before this he already say see how about the situation here and might go for others site .

OMG, it’s really stupid and idiot action I ever did in my whole life.

Am I insane?

I swear that this will not happen again for the second time.

30.10.2012 been scold again but lucky day for me

Received a call while almost done for monthly internal meeting. This is also the first time inviting security guard to join and first time meeting has something to eat. 

The security guard second boss call me and keep on scolding me non-stop and I really don’t have idea what he mad about.  At the end he just ends the conversation with angry mode.

I ask the guard who follow internal meeting because the boss did mention about what he had told others security guard.

Finally it’s all about the meeting between CMSB, and they not willing to join due to they are not big boss and the meeting should attend by their boss instead of them as representative.  Then, when the meeting finishes they talk to each other’s why I bring them to join meeting.   Now, the problem start, the uncle Takip saying that the meeting is simple and we as witness and their boss is ‘no power’ about this.

Just because of this word, the big mouth young man morning shift told every word to night shift guards, and then they transfer all to their boss.  That’s why the boss very angry about that.

Uncle Takip also not happy about that because his thinking is nothing wrong with his word and actually the problem is that big mouth young man talk too much to night shift guards.

He felt unhappy and uneasy about this situation.  Hence, he resign and just work half day and left us.

Really sad about this, he consider as the best among 6 of them coz he never complaint, never argue, just work and really responsibility old man.

Takip-A very nice old man

Because of saying something not really nice to his boss, even he don't automatic resign, his boss will also

sack him out... This is what his boss telling me...

The night he volunteer for night shift, even come to temporary young man to cover the manpower.  But he’s the only one keep on clocking every hour until 7am… Just imagine one person doing clocking non-stop……where to find such a responsibility security guard…

He just work and not saying much…..not like others keep on complaint not my scope, I don’t dare la, why ask me to go for meeting…bla bla bla

So, did I deserve to be scolded by some one that really should call me boss.  What kind of this world like this? Really the first time encounter this kind of embarrassing experience!

BUT, today also is my luckly day....

Afternoon wanna go to somewhere but can’t find my car key. So, I start panic and search for my key. Just around few minutes I manage to find it below my chair.  Fuhhhh….lucky!!!

Then when I came back, I felt weird about my trouser pocket, something steel material touching my skin.

Now I only realize that my trouser pocket has a hole there.

OMG, lucky me coz my key don’t lost some where…….

27.10.2012 First time scold by someone who suppose to call me Boss

Saturday early morning rush to office just wish to inform night shift guard regarding issue been discussed and confirmed from KIBB & CMSB.

Reach there around 640am, two of them still sleeping and one of their kid also lying there.  I took picture and ask them wake up.  Wait quite a time then another one security guard come.  They all are not wearing uniform.  I start asking why bring kid to work, he say no problem; let his kid know how difficult to earn money as a security guard.  Then, I start talk a lot regarding the meeting issue.

Time by time, consider done all the issue but I repeat again the uniform issue coz all of them only have one set of uniform wearing non-stop.  Then the war starts coz I giving two choices:

1.  Everyday wear your uniform or
2. Don’t work here, go to others place.

Now the guard act as chief and start scold me badly complete with kicking the stainless steel dustbin.

A morning shift guard Pakcik Takip come nearby and act as middle man to stop us.

I am quite shock coz there is no turning back and I keep on saying cool down & can discussed.  He continue scold me why just now say cannot and now say can discussed.  He keep on scold me like hell them give final decision to not coming here anymore effective from tonight and they will go for others site.

I just ‘blank’ in mind and nothing much I can say, coz quite scared also been hit by him.

After a while, I call their boss without telling him the whole story or give him the name who is scolding me.

At the same time, the uncle that act as middleman volunteer to work for night shift; which mean I can cool down now coz at least has one man power from this night onward.

I’m quite happy coz I really not satisfy with those night shift guards.   Everything is tidak apa, bukan skop kami, bukan kawasan kita bla blab la….mouth also stingy like shit, dare enough to say that he thought my second boss already died.  

See!! Bring kid some more!!

8-9.10.2012~as baby sitter

First time ever become full time baby sitter for my son for two days. (thisis due to my parent far away at Korea enjoy their trip)

First day really unforgettable coz something happen at my working place coz flooded due to miscommunication.

I call customer to do me a flavor but he seems like not so happy and blame me back.

I so nervous till I forget that I put my photograph album which just took from photograph shop on the car screen.

I only realize that once I reached my home.

Thanks god it’s still there, 88 piece of my son picture and the RM26 balance of the  photograph services still inside the envelope…oh man……..luckly…….

Play with my son whole day make me wanna cry….

It’s make me recall back really not easy to become some one’s parent.

Not easy to take care of small baby and take care with full passion, concentrate and so on…

This really make me cry like hell~ muk jip lam kam.

We must appreciate our parent and same as mothers/wife; really tuff for them to go through all the hard process.

taukeh just wanna sleep around 6pm and play with his leg, smell it.........

Customer Feedback Survey ~what a surprise

Customer feedback Survey form distribute on Monday and giving time frame to collect on Friday.

This is just a simple survey and will not affect building performances.

What a surprise from CMSB, one of the form giving all poor marks.

Same as KIBB received one kaki complaint giving all poor marks including me POOR!!

RHB is the best~ collect the form in envelope and waiting for me.

Majority not dares to put their name, signature and others detail.

Dare to complaint but not dare to put their detail.

Wisma Mahmud full of high class people, speaking English so well but all is chickens!!!

Never mind, I take it as challenges and dare to improve to them to shut their mouth!!

Even some are not willing to fill the form and KIBB is busy than Bank which untill now 90% of the form not yet filled.

1.10.2012 second biggest challenges

Around 3.30pm office's lamp suddenly trip...

My chargeman go to check....

Seems like trip but generator set not functioning.

People start calling why black out & why your gen-set not running.

IT staff rush to gen-set room and all very tension about this...

i just realise this is very serious issue and must solved within short time.

Chargeman try to reset but not confident to reset it..

I start calling the previous management technician~ Jong Senior to assist.

Luckly there are just nearby and come to assist.

Finally found the faulty part & replaced it...

It still cant functioning even changed with new relay....

suspect timer faulty but swap with one good unit also faulty...

luckly no more call due to we use generator set to support the building's current.

call for expertise and luckly they came early than my expectation...

they swap again another timer and found another timer was faulty...

then rush to purchase new one and plug back...


uhhh.........done........

the most tension day in my whole life..........

thanks god....

The God wanna test me ............and now i pass........

14.9.2012 The first & the only

We gonna have ramah tamah & ppl keep on asking me to wear malays costume.

Hence, I borrow full set from my chargeman.

Today God really wanna test my patient, around 1pm suddenly 3^rd floor flood du to the pipe broken at pantry.  No people area here due to out for praying.

I get wet and nervous coz all the valves were faulty, called the previous building maintenance technician he said just play with the valves till it’s ok…

Luckly my handyman came and he will settle the problem.  He get wet and finally problem solve…

Air cond at the same time problem and luckly solve due to main supply didn’t on at control panel…

Time getting nearby 430pm and slowly everything smooth.

My big boss from HQ already reached here and it’s time for us to change cloths.

The first time in my history wore malay’s costume with full set….white color some more.

Many people praise that I suit with it and look handsome…….

Even my boss from HQ took picture with me….

Finally the dinner start and luckly I didn’t sit with VVIP…

My clerk so fast upload my picture in FB and one of the supervisor also very fast comment my image

Not much I can it but luckly 3pm something already feed with some simple meal….

The dinner finished and we all OT to clear the location.

Arrange for 35 heads' meal and today busy to decorate the stage.

Thanks Food plus our own extra ballooons and cartoon; rush for an hour i think, finally done.

Rush back home bath then direct went out again to the restaurant.

My son first wearing shoe, new shirt new jeans...

Still early and nobody came yet.

7pm plus finally most of the people came.

A very good client did complaint to me and show that he did covered for me regarding parking issue.  Hence, i need to do something before this issue become more seriouly.

Last minute i need to implement a temporary pass for parking basement, if not; i will die of been complainted and complainted...

4pm onward start to design then bring back at home OT for that.

Finally early morning done print out & laminated, personally circulat the pass to each tenants especially to Kenanga Remisier.  Actually i can just pass to the person in charges to let him circulate to everyone.

But, i really don' trust him so i am force to meet every remisier and explain to them.

It's good for me also coz i manage to meet all remisier and some of them quite nice and share some information with me...

The last part, wanna explain to the security guards.  They start to complaint not their scope la, afraid anything happen la.....bla bla bla...really WTF coz before this sound like OK to help but now talking different story...


i very angry and mad......scold them and so on....

then no choice i need to consult from my boss then call their boss also....

first of all their boss seems like not agreed.

but when my boss call their boss, it's sound ok already...


then i talked to security guards again, their response been changed due to followed instruction by their boss.

With condition~ only assist till end of this month....

O.....man.....hopefully the autogate can be done in time....if not..... :(

Early morning accompany guard to give them confidence.

930am still have a lot of empty spaces....

It happen with one funny experience, one of the big boss not in the name list for parking basement.


i told him nicely & he's ok with me.

then he call his staff and scold them badly.....


then the staff call me and i sarcastic him back...

of coz i let the big boss access to basement...

really best coz happy to hear that the lousy person in charge been scolded badly...

but too poor for his colleague just because of his mistake, another person also kena...

too bad bro..........

1st time join buka puasa~ Pullman

Almost 5 years i join this company.

Only one time i join buka puasa at 17th floor of my working place.

That time was been forced and i only show face about 10 minutes then i faster cabut.

Most of the people very happy to join buka puasa coz can eat free.

but our company culture is different, my boss need to force/beg staff to join. kesian betut.

But today i break my own record (actually yesterday already heart about this but my boss don't invite me) coz standby cloth to join.

Finally boss call me then asked : you nak join ke (not like tone which requested:  Jong, malam ni ikut buka puasa) i just answer OK

ahhhhh. before i go for buka puasa, an angry story happen.

Really mad due to driver can't find my new working place.

i purposely wait for him about 530pm.

first of all he totally go to wrong place and drag until now.

Even he went to upstair and enquiry from CMS staff.


i told him with angry tone: what's the meaning of basement, BASEMENT!!!!!!!!!!

why you go to others floor.

He answer: really? i took few round but still can't see your offfice lei....


this make me more mad, ding dong ding dong finally i saw him.


done, scold him badly but he still very steady and keep on smiling...and said next time no more mistake.

damn it!!!


then i consider as the first one reach Pullman.

been cheated by my boss that buka puasa normally 630pm but wait till 8pm.....

shit!

really don't know why this time so stupid to join.

What a surprise met two more 'same geng' colleague which also never join any events but today 3 of us did attended this.

Both of them still the same been forced to join this.


and the worst part is you can't leave early due to boss require to stay back for some annoucement.

吃午饭遇到了现场骂人版的泼‘妇‘，男的很自然的平静回应，没什么反抗或顶嘴。真服了那男

的，换成是我的话；两巴掌兼飞毛腿早已冲过去了。

故事大概关于到砂锅面，面到了女的就叫男的去拿小/大碗来。怎知男的拿错又拿了女的一些面来

吃，就这样女的就开始骂，不久再讲：“现在面凉了叫我怎么吃？冷冷的像XXX 的怎样吃？

就因为这个话题骂个不停，还骂得超厉害的，超大声。

所有人一直在看，我就坐在他们的后面，一直在看现场。

有几位顾客吃完了经过他们的桌子都纷纷回头望一眼。

我吃饱后也很好奇的特地从他们面前经过；为了是看要那泼妇的庐山真面目。

哎哟！那女的不行啦！真是的。

男的样貌普通，真不明白为何被骂到狗样的依然当作没事。

哎，可悲！

下午接近下班时间收到一个电邮。是一名顾客告诉我老板娘我的名单很多错别字。还说全公司的

人都在笑。其实这已是我第二次更改，察看了几十遍也不懂错在那里。

顿时真的每萨心情了，我花很多时间修改，不感激还踩我几脚，真够力。

之前已领教过了他的疴珀，真是的。

现在真的很害怕写英文了！

老板娘打来问我，我全告诉他。还说若是五年前的我早就回电邮问候她了。

哎，算了吧。现在的我成熟很多了，不爽/不满踩你都傻；浪费我的时间回复！

老板娘也一直在笑。。。。。。

Thansk to my brother in law to introduce this nice place.

Firstly wrong level because he said 2nd floor but after call him second he said go to 4th floor.

A very high class western style vegeterian restaurant which has a lot of desserts.

Did bought something at hardware shop then ask them send by next day due to the ladder can't fit into my

kenari.

So today they send the items for me.

First of all, they send to wrong address which at pending area~CMS cement.

they almost 5pm something they said on the way, i said ok coz still waiting buka puasa at the Hills.

they reach nearby cms company ...so i explain again...

then they reach untill 6th floor, this make me made coz i said many many time basement, basement!!!!!!!!

i repeat many time and they said did turn around at basement but cant find the office.


then i cant wait anymore, i go outside search for them ...

finally meet the guys...

he smile and said no more mistake next time....

my face so dark like hell and super angry...


same as second vendor send on, before they send i already confirm with the boss and he said he know.

then the driver call me, first of all i told him nicely.....

but repeat many time just like talk to stone then make me angry then i told him dont ask me, ask your boss.

then he call me back without any sound...

super angry.....

later a girl call me asking can hear or not just now.

i scold her why call me instead of the boss already know the place.

i scold that girl don't call me again!!!!!!!!

1.8.2012 Welcome ot Wisma Mahmud

WISMA MAHMUD-

A brand new life new challenge for me.

Because of Wisma Mahmud, I meet with my funniest supervisor again.

Arwandi Hamji been demoted from supervisor to become my operation supervisor, as my assistants.

Actually at the first my boss not really agree to demoted the supervisor but luckly my second boss strongly suggest for that; if not really nothing much history will be happened.

And because of this, a supervisor from Sarikei finally has the only chance back to Kuching or consider back to nearest kampong which been waiting for long long time.

Normal people will think it’s much easier to continue a management which been organized since 18 years ago, just continue what ever been practiced.

Unfortunately, once taking over day by day and discover the whole true story that behind the screen;  this building really has something special case need to continue.  Something that make you dilemma and hard to make decision to continue the practice and make a new method.

First challenge:

1.        Lack of cleaner- the day taking over are closer and closer and the cleaner still not yet confirm the condition, the amount and the offer letter.  First of all my boss said is outsource but when my HQ boss interrupt, she said is internal.  Actually from the beginning my kuching boss already emphasized/signal that he want to outsource and thousand of excuse for taking over cleaner.  Day by day I can’t sleep well coz the most important part still not yet settle-cleaner.  Luckly my HQ boss and HQ cleaning supervisor come to assist me to source out those equipment which need to purchase, meet and discuss the condition with all cleaners.

Finally offer letter done and cleaner all happy with the condition, just instead of 5 cleaner become 4 cleaner due to one of them refuse to join.  4 people to cover 7 level from fasting month until 27.8.2012.  From starting received a lot of complaint due to lack of tissue, slow cleaning and so on.

2.        Super big boss towel need to supply and maintenance.

3.       Level 2&3’s toiletries equipment belongs to tenant and we need to return back and install our own.  Oh man, don’t think it’s easy just taking over like that.  It’s really not as easier as you think.

4.       Many outstanding defect not yet settle and the cost really make you FXXXing surprise!

5.       Security- morning shift at the starting really worst.  2 of them always absence and really scared during Hari Raya, that 2 security really simply on leave due to been applied leave.  Damn it, luckly night shift’s guard really the best!

Since 27 July until now almost everyday I busy for complaint, settle down those paper work and so on.

I never sit on chair more than 1 hours, no time for me FBing or youtube.

My life totally changes, not like last time as Mechanical Engineer can sit on the same chair more than 2 hours.

Since I station at Wisma Mahmud, I become very fast to fell hungry.  Maybe due to always walking up and down.  Suprisely my wife also facing same problem like me.

 I really focus on this new challenge and desperate to proof that something special about me.

Jong not only can do something like others but I also special and much better than others.

This is what I am waiting for long time.

Thanks to have a nice & helpful clerk, a experience operation supervisor & handyman and a very hardworking general worker.

Thanks to HQ staff far away from Selangor to assist me for cleaning and asset.

I target can settle down 100% after 2 months.

Hopefully and thanks gods. Thanks to everyone.

Morning with my boss finally discussion with cleaner.

My boss' tone so 'physocology', oh man; we already lack of people, don't be too arrogant la....

Luckily 5 are interested to join us.

I rush back to fill up everything and pass to my boss.

Afternoon we have meeting at Wisma Mahmud, a cleaner call me to discuss again.

One of them~ as senior among of them really talk a lot.

at the first sigh i really don't like her, talk too much and demanding.

First time interviewed her, she said she really can't go far from this building due to she don't have transport;

now so demanding. Later i reject you baru tahu.....headache!!

And they told me one of them withdraw so we now short of one manpower again.

The beginning is always the hardest

Damn pressure & busy day!!

Time flies and few more days we gonna take over the building.

And the problems is we not yet hired any cleaners.

Furthermore my boss seems like complaint a lot of existing cleaner and never intend to hire back them,

this really sound like he got another personal motive.

At night force to call my another boss at HQ there and she sound like support me just hire them even salary

is much higher we can offered.

So, cant wait tommorrow to settle this problem

interview的趣事

今天被叫去访问新的面试员工。

第一次一人问到完，因为老板老板娘全都赶不及才会我一人包完。

已经结束了突然来了一位印度朋友。

就在外面，我就问他讨什么职位，他说：facility manager

我反应没有酱大，只是心中‘楞‘了一下。

我就回答他，那你不是要坐我的位。

他听了也吓到，以为我捉弄他。

反问我，我是谁？

我就说我是 interviewer。

他问我叫什么名字，我就告诉他。

他就说会跟CMS 的人说有人阻止他。

我就说你在恐吓我，他说不是，因为它有权力酱做。

他还有时间不算迟到还有机会。

说了老半天他还是不相信我。

我说我要看他的文凭，他反问我我是谁；怎能随便给我看。

不过最后也是有让我看。

刚巧老板娘进来，我就告诉他。

她转得很快说；可以讨我之前的职子。

我也顺便跟他解释说可以讨别个职位。

我跟他讨 resume，他一直不高兴一直说不必不必。

不过到最后勉强留下联络号码就走了。

好笑的还在后头。

不到一分钟，他又倒回来。

这次是问外面小姐带她进来找 interviewer的人。

大伙已经要准备去吃饭，我看到他也懒得理他，直接走出去。

后来西马的同事有听到那小姐说就是他呀。

而那位印度同胞回答：他已reject  我了。

真好笑，这朋友从头到尾根本都不相信我所说每一句话。

真笑死我了！

Going to be transfer, advantage or disadvantage

终于要调去 Wisma Mahmud了。

起初很兴奋因为可以脱离魔掌。

怎知突然说是 under consessi，也就是说我依然在魔掌之下。

真的很不爽。

难得可以脱离，那知没两样。

其实有好处也有坏处。

好处：不用出门，不用再 stand by in office 到六七点。

坏处：被魔掌控制，没自由。

想了好久，转个念；好处是肯定多于坏处。

我在新的地方一定要拼一片蓝天，做出成绩给人看。

怎知有机会跳巢，对吗？

但愿如此吧！

peep ;RM49 per T-shirt.

I dont enquiry further but in my mind already plan to print James Dean.

At the same night i busy to choose the best James Dean's picture.

wait about 40 minutes, finally it's done and i am so satisfy due to I don't need to search for James

Dean T-shirt again. And this is my OWN design t-shirt!

   RM15 extra charges for the back.


Try it on once reach home, size M recommend by the salesman and i just compare it with my body

at that time.

Slightly fix, hopefully it will not shrink so criticaly.

Finally my second James Dean t-shirt belong to me now.

The first one was bought at KL XXX shopping complex and its fit type and shrink.

When i bring back home town and keep it a box, few years later its was gone

and might throw away by my mum.

Next project might be Never give Up t-shirt with number 27 + forever young...

Go nearby Sarawak Plaza- Center point, found shop not yet open, and one more shop also selling jersey; but when i step in , the chinese guy said shop not yet open. huh, this kind of stupid attitude really XXX.

i already step in but said like that, how to business like this in long term.

All the way drop by chong ling park, red devil~ 1st floor.

Afternoon :

Continue hunting at Tabuan Plaza after survey from my technician.

Suprise that got one shopping complex nearby tabuan jaya and H&L was there for few years.

Found the shop but only has blue colour.

So, i went to town area nearby police station.

Full of Jersey but they dont have country's Jersey, too bad.

Last try at center point again, the shop that i thought close actually is the same shop that inform me shop not yet open. They might move to ground floor.

Again, no more country jersey.

Really frustrated!

Before this did saw spain Jersey at 7 mile Green factory.

But now no more and whole Kuching cant find.

There are a fews seller and finally i choose the RM40 firm cost including sending charges

There are some cheaper price like RM39 (including sending charges) but i still prefer RM40 because seems

like many people buy from him.

Finally i received the post laju in my office.

Try it on the spot in toilet, M size and its just nice and fit.

Love it so much.....

Next plan to put number 27 on this jersey very soon.

Red pant

i dream to have one red pant.

Finally found one short red pant and one more is long red pant.

try for few time both and decided to buy short pant due to long pant too expensive RM160+.

Bought about few month and finally try it on for 20 minutes i guess.

Finally i decided to keep it in box forever due to really super low cut and not comfortable at all.

Bye bye red pant :-(
