Fierce look
First time ever in my history been complained that my face look fierce and he don't dare to approach me.
My wife's colleague inform her about comment above....
I am too shocked to hear that.....
Normally people will said that i am cool, arrogant or quite.....that is common.....
FIERCE~ this is the first time this character been crown on me...
huhu...
Anyway, thanks for the comment....
I admit that i am arrogant, cool & quite and i will try prevent this happen again......
My wife did ask her another colleague (she know me and i did greet her) and she surprise to hear that.
For her, i am ok and not fierce as he said....
See......but anyway......nothing is prefect.....
So, need improve that should everyone saying that i am ok....that's all.

Regconize people's face
Few days ago at shopping mall met a boy which almost same born day with my boy.
Of course it start when i saw his father and I can recognize his father.
I look at him many time.
He also look at me then i start talk to him.
You still remember me?
Our kids are same born day.
9th of September?
Oh, no....is different one day..
I can recognize him coz we both wait outside of labor room then we wait quite a time there.
His boy just one day older than my son but the size is totally different!! The boy is bigger size and
can't believe is 2 years old plus kid.
He said he can't really recognize me but my face seems like familiar to him...
When i back to home inform my wife, she told me that her wife did same room with my wife after give birth
and she did help my wife while my wife has difficulty to move the baby.
...Yea.....i very good in memories people...
Of course it start when i saw his father and I can recognize his father.

P&C , Private & Confidential
So, what do you know about this P&C.
For me, my existing company don't have any P&C.
You know why???
Because our big boss here at Sarawak control everything.....
He open our P&C letter and furthermore he counter signature on our letter.
He inform you straight forward your P&C letter been acknowledge by him.
Read through our P&C letter still ok, guess what : He asked those clerk to photostate
out letter regarding bonus and put in file.
So, what does P&C mean?
This is really ridiculous happen in such a well known first board company.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The whole Sarawak know who got the best increment & bonus....
So, what you gonna to do about this?
Complaint????
Oh, i advice you better don't.
You know why?
If you had did something that make the Sarawak big boss angry.....then you kena jaga-jaga.
Next time increment and bonus sure kena potong/adjust....
SEE. you dare to complaint?
There is one time accidently he explained that if one day any staff complaint that they get less increment or
bonus; he will know that he is lying or not...
So, this is the reason that he need to open and see our P&C letter....
Wow....this is the main reason!!!!

Just received an email from my boss regarding cc issue...
Oh no!!!
I have a very like to drink 汽水/pok sui punya boss.
Because i had promised him to cc him what ever email.
But this time after i had promised, i repeated the same mistake.
Oh.....really 小气鬼。。。。。
Yes, is my fault......
But.............................what ever email must cc you.........aihhhhhhhhh
Email, complaint, talk ......this there is big knowledge you must control/learn well.
It's really never ending learning lesson....
1. Complaint from email:
~you must study/analysis/full preparation before you send out a complaint from email.
~they will shoot you back if you send out something not completed or the problem still stuck on you.
~and yet, even if confirm the mistake come from others people; you also cannot simply shoot them back
unmercyly......really no point at all.....if found mistake confirm from others people...then you better keep quite
and don't try to add up some or ANY word...please....please just stop there and close the case....this is my
experience....

My taugeh nio already complaint one time......so she is in the list that i really rare to cc....no big issue i
wouldn't cc her...
one HQ finance staff complaint me always cc her coz she is not related to that particular issue...
she not happy and cc every one then shoot me back....ok....from this lesson....any payment issue i just email
my boss only,......he settle everything......kena tembak pun dia kena bukan i.....hehe......
But my boss ni terbalik......anything if he last to know.....he not happy........
Last time one issue i don't cc him but direct to my taugeh nio.....he not happy coz he know this from her.
That time he request me to cc him what ever email....and i so stupid email back and promise it wouldn't
happen again.

Just like some email; people like to set receipt email acknowledge and me always don't click it....
just purposely don't click it................and what ever email received, never ever reply back noted even tq....
don't, just don't do that coz that's the proof that show that you received the email already.
That's why until now i never ever reply email with tq or noted. NEVER!!
now he not happy coz the second time repeated history even i had promised already it wouldn't happen
again....aiyo.....this kind of boss really dangerous.......

People's mouth is really hard to control....
So, talk nicely and only said those word is good one.....

11.12.13 Unforgettable date
Today 11.12.13 is my birthday and i think must got fate only can meet this number once in a life time.
As usual, birthday wish is world peace, every one stay healthy; and a very standard own wish is remain
younger look than actual age.
Just like Alan Tam, every year is 27 years old.
1997- i think this is the first and only chances to meet both birthday in same date, my chinese calender
born day is 12th of Nov 1978. So on 1997, they meet together in same date.....amazing!!
The picture took on 2001, wish that will forever young look

Yearly bonus
The yearly bonus been delayed few months and finally been received by 8.12.2013.
From the bank in amount can't judge how many month they paid me...
But for sure is around 1.5+ months.
And today finally received the pay slip...
OMG.....first time in my history i received 2.5 month...
wow.....
Finally my effort been paid accordingly. It's worth to come to office around 7 am something and
start work untill 5pm......i not even rest during lunch break or worked while taking my lunch.....
Before this i recall back my increment history and it's really funny.....
Every years increment is up and down dramatically.....
The best increment is last year RM.
The worst is my first year increment RM60.
I mostly get 1.5 or 2 month bonus....
But this year really the best!!!
Today i purposely went out for shopping cum search for bible...
Bible only has new version and it's RM100+, i didn't bought coz i need old version.
Then, my next target is camel shoe, last saturday saw at Boulevard shopping complexs and
still dilemma in choosing camel VS Emilio velentino.
Camel is RM309 and got 40% discount.
Emilio is very brand new and rugged RM259, new arrival no discount.
I had tried two at same time and lastly choose camel due to it's wouldn't outdated and it's really
comfortable compare with emilio.
Furthermore RM185.90 really worth to buy.
Don't know how old is this shoe liao; but it start to give signal that he want to pencen lo....the bottom part start open mouth....and the surface is break every where.....super cheap, RM100 有的找好多。
Dr. Cardin; follow me many years already; for my wedding photo shooting also....been repaired for one time
Then bad new for my staff.
One 'problem' staff only get 1 month and he very sad about it....
i don't like this staff but i don't did anything pertaining to his appraisal.
But surprise that he get what ever he did...
I don't say too much, just told him :" you saw your own point already so it's not my problem."
My general worker, one of them get little bite more than another one.
So the result is exactly what i want....
Meaning that this year bonus is really depend on your appraisal.
My clerk get 1.83.
My general worker get 1.8 & 1.83.
My handyman get 1.83.
My chargeman get the lowest 1 month.
mmmm....quite happy with the result coz the problem staff really lazy.....
people doing job but he play hand phone.....
talk more than work....

'Nice' sms
I had interviewed a candidate for cleaner.
Seems like ok....she had been working with a bank as tea lady cum little bite cleaning task.
I sound like 90% want to take her....
Then i go survey to the bank that she had worked with....
Ask two staff and feedback is ok....
But i suddenly go to another staff and ask for her opinion...
She stop and think awhile without giving any comment; then i know the answer already...
The next day she call me again and explain her un answer's answer.
That candidate is good in work but worst at mouth...
So, i get the answer....
Then i go ask my cleaner again and mostly say yes, this girl's mouth is dangerous....
I gained few experienced and found out a good staff must good in working or work by using hand.
Not like my previous problem staff, very dare to argue with you...
Big mouth staff will easily say something bad about your company or even your personal thing.
They will assist you to promote you.....
So rather than a so call as 'good' staff, i rather choose a very hard working with hands' staff
rather than hard working with mouth....
so, off course i don't wanna choose her....
Her friend (parking attendant) ask me about her status.....
I in directly answer her got reason i don't want take her....
Then she start said: i know she is 'big mouth' but she is good in work...
Sorry la....you also admit her mouth no good....
She also agree better don't take this kind of staff.....
Later, afternoon i received a sms.......
org macam u memang xlayak jadi supervisor.
Suka dengar cerita orang dari menilai sendiri.....saya dh dengar cerita...
anyway thank you....bab sempat d interview...
wo wo wo.......meaning that the parking attendant so fast told her....
huh......this parking attendant same geng same pattern and better be very be carefull about her.
Oh man....
i had been scolded badly by a tea lady by phone call.
Security guard mengamuk in front of me and scold me.....their boss also scold me....
Been sarcastic by my senior air cond technician: macam mana you boleh jadi manager sana. (This is the best
among all experience)
Now, somebody sms and complainted that i not qualified as a leader here...
