Finally i get the harley davidson motorbike small model with very reasonal price RM29.90.

A lot of choices and i decide to choose this model.

Search for this such a long time, something which durable and it must harley davidson

second lesson learnt

A parking attendant complaint to her boss that one of their member always over rest and her sister (my

cleaner ) will cover her job...

So now involve of my staff due to she now in work place....

So, the person been complaint by her boss.

Then she ask me who complaint, i straight they her the name who complaint.....

Coz i am too angry that this girl keep on complaint nonsense.

I ask her did you sister cover you when you over rest....

She last and answered:" she not even dare to stop more that a minutes there if she went to the parking booth."

Means that the complaint is too much already....

When they 'fight' each other, the spy call me and complaint why you told them is me complaint.

Why?

I ask her back why you say my cleaner at parking booth their to replace her sister.

No la....i never say like that ....maybe he misunderstanding....

I say sorry.....i want you to learn lesson never simply complaint something is not true.

Her boss also call me and complaint why tell the name....

same answer i told him to make her learnt lesson.....

then i meet the big boss, he talk about this issue and teach me back a lesson.

No matter how, you can't sell the name who complaint, coz they will facing each others everyday.

If they keep on not happy each other everyday, how's the working environment?

So better don't, no matter how unhappy with one of them; you still must solve the problem

I act like that due to that staff is not direct under me.

So, i dare to do like that....

Next time, you inform them got hear complaint bla bla bla.....

no need mention who complaint or whom i wanna complaint....

just mention openly without selling any name.....

if really happen again, then you start again individually giving warning....

On leave at home and miss out few call.

Then finally i ansawer the call.

Landlord been reminded me about the crane a day before and i just dont border about it.

Its regarding of the carpet crane.

One lorry been parked there and the crane don't has space to park.

Because of this i been scored due to delay the time for loading carpet and

none of AWC staff was there.

The landlord threatened me that he want to call my KL bos, it my MD and not my Operation Manager.

He repeated many time (not scolded tone) and just saying that he want to call my KL bos.

I was very nervous and quickly tackle him.

I call the supervisor and settle the thing.

I was thinking just a simple thing why don't you just dig out the painter and ask the supervisor's phone from them.

That's all.  A very simple, easy way to solve the problem....

But i can't tell land lord in that way....

I like the way he threatend me, no need mad tone....

This make me recall about a staff inform properly while she want to resign.

Her bos not happy and comment her not responsible.

Then i ask her why don't you just cao like that rather then been scolded.

She answer: Better don't, san sui yao siong fong, next time maybe we meet again.

ZOU YAN NG MO YI KAM JIUT.

I remember that untill now.

So, i better learn from them, better less scold people even they are wrong.

You can use another method/way to scold people rather than high blood and

felt angry.

So, i must improve.
