My staff return back to the room that in progress of demolish to take picture due
to something gone again....(demolish already take few days and almost everyday new thing gone)
We just take picture and i left that room.
I heard some one asking: the telephone cable gone, who take it?
I stop awhile and ask back: You asking me?
He repeat the same question.
I answer dont know and left that room.
My staff told me why dont you ask him back you questioned me
means you accuse me take it.
Ha....funny.....too bad and too late to do so....
I can reply back exactly as what he do it to me.....

2015 birthday part 2-arguing with people
2015 birthday, first time i still working on birhtday, normally i will off.
Guess what happen, i check the toilet which going to surrender back by contractor and found
something wrong inside the room.
Two Air freshener gone, one exhaust fan gone (replaced with new ceiling board and the hole of
ceiling board outside the toilet) , bidet head for female toilet gone.
I call the renovation supervisor to confirm and request him to ask his man at the side.
Yesterday the wire all gone by early comer & yesterday is the first day of demolish
work start.
I return back to the toilet and the man at side start scold me, you accuse we still the thing?
I say i dont accuse, i just ask did anyone seeing it?
No, you are calling my supervisor and accuse us stole it.
I felt angry and reply back with higher tone.
I didn't accuse like that and i did ask properly with your supervisor.
He reply back:" It's wrong also if you asked, you ask mean you accuse. You can't asked either!"
Ask also cannot!????
Yes!!!
You can simply eat but you can't simply said anything....
bla bla bla....very angry and keep on negling.....
I am unhapply then left that room....
Ask also cannot, what kind of human being he is....
If a policeman invite him to assist for investigation, cannot also?

most expensive coffee for normal restaurant
I had drink coffee at this restaurant for many time but never border for the price.
Now, i just discovered RM4 for normal coffee with big cup consider expensive compare
with others restaurant.
The comment from tenant- complaint the boss
While i dig back old customer survey form, i found this form 9.5.2013, two years ago.
She dare to complaint in form but never put her name and i able to trace her.
This is the culture here; wrote bad comment but don't dare to put their name.
I admitt that i am arrogant especially to her coz i never greet her.
Effective from that day i always greet her and today when i recall back; i still very arrogant.
Every time i enter at level 6, i just passby without greet anyone....
So, this is my big mistake & problem.
Ok then, today start again i need to improve my attitude.....
Greet and smile at everyone...and please don't just passby like that which pretend nothing happen.
Remember this!!!!

First ever fathers day card
First time in my own history, i did a simple father's day card to my dad.
Simple but those word wouldn't come out from my own mouth, so just wrote on the card....
My first fathers day card from my son since he went for school.
Card done at school.
He said: Papa, you see, this is you, the top picture is you wearing spectacle.
Then he said i love you papa.
This card is smaller and simple than mother's day card, anyway is from my son and first ever card
from him.

8.5.2015 STAFF BEEN SCOLED BADLY
My ex office at simpang tiga will have sport for staff to relax themselves minimum once a month.
Every time my staff will join them for futsal.
Today I ask them to standby one person….
they not really answered me who going to standby and one of the chargeman answred me: don’t worry I will answered your call….
215pm wait till nobody standby at office and my problem clerk went out since 12 noon.
Then 317pm tenant call pertaining level 3 unstable current and I really not up to date and can’t answered him.
This really make me very angry due to I did remind my assistant to update me the status of level 3 but unfortunately he went to pray without update me anything.
330pm I guess my chargeman call me and I shout at him : You tiga balik sekarang.
Then I off the conversation. Wait till 415pm I guess again finally two only back to office.
Where is another member?
We don’t want to disturb him since so excited playing futsall.
I start questioning them: what happen at level 3 done or not and why you don’t update me?
They enquiry and I don’t know how to answered.
And you confidently told me you will answered my call but now all never answered when I call.
And you even worst till not even switch on your hand phone.
Tell me, why???? You tell me why you don’t update me,
I did remind you right? WHY?
He really don’t know how to answered me and keep on worry how to answered me.
Then I boom back the confidently guys about answering call, he repeat explain twice then he start said: Sorry, I tak tahan you marah, saya minta maaf dan takkan ulang lagi….
The another one also take opportunity to say sorry to me.
You orang nak buli saya, pijak palak saya ke????
Bla bla bla I scold them badly till both don’t know how to answer me…
Now, go update the boss and now onward you guys must standby one person here and I always go there for sports. I choose who ever standby.
Almost 3 years here and this is the first time i so angry and scolded them badly....

CLERK CHEAT ON SICK CERTIFICATE
My clerk sick leave on 30.4.2015 but can’t show me the proof after back to work on 5.5.2015.
Then 6.5.2015 a day later she show me her sick certificate.
The sick certificate been edited and it’s really obvious the date been changed.
So, I call the clinic in front of my clerk and find out the truth.
Doctor say she only went there yesterday (5.5.2015) and she request sick certificate for 4.5.2015. OMG, luckly she didn’t request for 30.4.2015.
If not really hard to caught her for this big cheating.
I asked the doctor why you simply give her sick certificate for the day that she didn’t went to your clinic.
He answered: She asked for it then I gave lo….And is up to you believe it or not…
OMG, such a doctor and simply/easily give sick certificate.
I told everything to my clerk and she just say really?
How come he say like that, then never mind la, just deduct my salary…
Wow….i repeating asked her few time to tell me the truth but she refuse…
Then I said Ok, let’s go clinic there face to face talk to the doctor.
When the time we really want to go to the clinic, she start telling me another personal issue.
She said she got personal problem which affect her always sick.
She got pressure from her mother in law…
she always want to control/give advice for what the done.
This is why she always sick due to pressure….bla bla bla………
I told her my pressure is much compare with yours.
My wife can’t mix up with my mum and she always complaint her working’s problem, been bullying by colleague, unfair overload of work load.
Then finally she admits of cheating the sick certificate.
So I told I very angry due to last experience of cleaner also using the same method cheat for leave
And she knew about this but she still brave enough to try for this.
She keeps on say sorry and worries me angry about her. I told her no point I angry you; I take action if you make mistake.
As easy as that…. Hence, I inform my HR department then they support me and issue her a warning letter.
She not scared at all about the warning letter, for her is nothing.
Ordinarily people will worry about warning letter due to effect for yearly bonus once received warning letter.

Apply leave's reason
One of my clerk apply leave: Can i apply half day leave coz i wanna clean my car.
Really? are you sure? .....Yes....too dirty....later i watapss you the picture..
She went to Sri Aman during weekend and i think should be not lying of car dirty...
But when check the picture, it's just tyre slightly dirty and the drivers rubber for leg dirty.
Unfortunately i delete those pictures already....
After a week i chat with my colleague who in charge of others site and who was previously
my clerk's supervisor........i told him about this story and he told me he even worst.
Her reason is she not yet bath, she stay with rented house bla bla bla something related with public
bathroom or what ever.
OMG....this is more ridiculous reason compare with mine.
This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!
When she still at others site, she is boss relative so she dare to do what ever she want.
Now i am not reporting to this boss anymore so i have the right to take action on her....
Really sick about this clerk.....
Since she had a car, she got a lot of program such as went to airport, bring family,
brother, cousin, send something to airport, bus station....bla bla bla...
And she always sick and easily get MC.......

RM41.50 from taobao....first ever jean cap...purposely choose this to match with my son
first cap ever.
Brother bought from thailand...my son like this so much since one years old plus...almost everyday play this and keep on say mao zi mao zi....even some time we hide it, he still search for it...mao zi mao zi....but now,,he forgot his most favourite helmet le.
Bought at Hong Kong, too bad cap start peel off liao....part of my most favourite cap
Suppose to choose others colours coz i had too many blue cap...
Brother bought from Houston, USA, nice!
Bought during secondary school, the time that chicago bulls rules....so regret i wash it then become faded and weird shape...now become my son most favourite cap so far..
Guess what ,,,,this cap from our company's competitor,,,nice cap but too bad the strip broken, can't wear it..
Genuine from Italy-bought by my sister.
Bought at china, not original so no good quality.
Bought from Liverpool, UK...saw this and wondering many time...lastly don't know what had attracted me....maybe of it's unique pattern..
