One more security guard been sacked off

8.30am breakfast at Kenyalang market.

There are 3 stalls of vegetarian but I prefer the one that I purposely come for it.

Purposely late to spot check cleaner.

Reach site around 915am but fail to catch the problem cleaner.

My general worker said I should check when my clerk is in office.

OK, then, spot check again next trip.

The time that I punch my card found the young security guard not wearing uniform.

Hence, I use unfriendly 眼神 stare at him.

He very unhappy and ask me:” kenapa tengok saya macam mau cari gaduh?”

I stop a while with angry mode and reply him: salah ka?

Really shit.  This is the second time already this young man 顶撞我。

The first time is I highlight his punch card yellow colour due to late.

At the same day I kacau the uncle who are sleep inside the control; the young guard saw it and said: 

“ dia rehat ba apa mau kacau dia.”  Then when I just want to step out the door he said again:” card ni tak 

cantik warna, merah baru cantik.” 

Fuiyo, you came late and still dare to challenge me, really good la you.

Around 1030 am the good old security guard suddenly come to see me and said today is his last day.

I am so curious why so suddenly want to resign but I can guess it part of unhappy working with not 

cooperates security guard.

I saw the old security guard who said want to resign still working here.

Hence I ask him why still here.

He said he still patient and reconsider about it and give up to resign.

Since this old man still here; I quickly wrote a letter to request change the young security guard by using 

reason of this security guard went out twice per day to fetch his wife.

Letter send by early morning and surprise that 12 noon the young security guard been transferred to others 

building.  Wow, super fast response.   The young man seems like ok with the decision and not angry at all.

Good la…..no more problem staff. Hopefully.

Then I talked to the old security guard regarding this issue.  Then he told me the whole story.

That Saturday morning he suddenly wants to resign due to not happy with the young man who didn’t respect

 me at all.

This is one of the reasons.

Then second things is he always be the one that standby at control room from 530 to 7pm due to the others 

will disappears at the period.

I told him I can’t keep on spot check people.

I need to keep another old man due to he quite helpful in term of technical issue.  He can settle by himself 

and most important is he will not call me.

Nobody is perfect and I really tired to catch some one.

Now, most of the security guard consider ok la…

I can’t demand too much.

Nothing is perfect except I am the owner of AWC.

I will keep on change people if I am the boss.

Ghost story

My new working place has a lot of funny story happen since I join here.

I had been scold badly by a tea lady.

I had been scold by outsource security guard and he still working under me until now.

I had been scold by outsource security guard’s boss- Operation Manager.

You can discover more if you are super busy body.

I purposely dig out the story if met someone working at the floor which famous of ghost.

Level 4:

Mr. X experience:

After 7pm the lift will automatic parking at level 4.

Mr. X encounter the lift bring him visit each floor from top floor until basement.

The lift door will open every floor and close, and there are nobody waiting at the lift lobby there.

I purposely dig out the story from a driver.

Then, he starts telling those story.

Formerly the building was at nearby shop lot and that is worst than aspect.

The ghost will come no matter day time or afternoon.

If you sleep here and you will found yourself been removed far away from original position.

Hantu panjang bring dog and you will die if it release the dog coz the dog will eat you…

Ion spec

While shopping at One Jaya, saw a shop selling few unique items such as shoe with toes, shock and ion

spectacle.

I am more interesting about the spectacle so enquiry for few question.

The ion spectacle can reduce your eyes degree and solve headache problem.

I went back there to purchase the ion spec due to my son keep on playing there.


RM128 for ion spec frame only

Plus RM60 for the net 'mirror', this can increase the ion and more effective to reduce the degree.

even we can put it at computer or TV to maintain the user eyes.


Later i go to spectacle shop to make new 'mirror' for my ion spec.

RM150......shit....this is more expensive than my ion frame.

I think that is my last time went to that spectacle shop liao.

Wrestlemania 29, 7th April 2013

This should be the best among of all wrestlemania history.

Unexpected result:
John Cena defeat the Rock (commersial wise should the rock win because he is coming back)
The Shield defeat Randy orton, big show, shemeaus

Theme song not nice compare with last year.

But this really the best coz undertaker undefedeated, John Cena redempt back the tittle.

I don't like to watch Brock Lesnar, he is monster.

No wonder very fast dissapear from WWE.

No more security guard bengkeng, yahoooooooo

Received a call around 9pm.  The voice is not familiar and I ask him what happen.  He said level 4 trip and nobody (old security guard) was there.

Which mean today onward the 3 night shift security guard is no more there.

I call charge man and he didn’t answer.

I don’t wish to call my assistant due to he just back to reset recently.

When I think about new security guard, I decide to went there and brief them at the same time.

When I reach there found 2 of security guard which I don’t like were sitting there.

I park my car and punch my card then bring two of new security guard to level 4.

I reset and chat there.

It trip after few minutes.

I try few times and its trip again & again.

I call my assistant and chargeman.

Only my assistant answers my call and he already sleeping.  And he is good coz call me after few minutes and willing to advice me through phone.

Reset few time then call the department owner and he said ok due to confident that their air-cond still will working even thought there has trip main power.

So, I went back.

Three of bad security guard were there move their belonging into their car.

I don’t wish to see them anymore so quickly punch card then goes back.

From meet them until I back nothing unhappy incident happen like scold me or whatever.

I am safe in full piece and nothing damage on my car also.

The next early morning the DB been reset by morning shift security guard and he only reset for two time.

I request my man to reconfirm again and this is more ridiculous coz they on every fuse and nothing trip.

The tenant teasing me :” you better ‘do something’.

 Then i busy body call the security guard's boss regarding the three stubborn staff. He said he heard that 

they will resign by giving notice....

I am killer

Today half way met a small dog blocking my way to work.

I slow down and horn the doggy, at the same time the doggy turn to another side then hit by the kenari.

OMG, I kill the dog.

The doggy scream and lay on road, I think it should be die slowly.

Oh man, no more next time if encounter same case again.

Next time I will stop my car, wait them safety go to another side then only drive my car.

I still remember when i was kid and visit my elder uncle at his shop there....

I use long wood to destroy the bird nest coz i know there have egg in the nest there.

The egg fall down and broken.

And, 蛋里面是已成型的小鸟。我算是个杀人凶手。

Fainted history

A girl fall down and hit her head, blood is flushing.

Few people nearby her and most of them are panic.

She is 发羊颠 and must faster stucks her mouth with something to prevent tongue been bitted.

I am 长生学 student and I really wish to help her to stop the blood but I failed coz too panic and crowded.

Her mouth been stuck a cloth then we shift her (I pull her leg) into car and send her to hospital.

I felt uncomfortable once done put her into the car.

I know that I will fainted again so faster rest aside and hold the door.

Yup, I fainted again and luckly someone saw me face become pale and freezing standing there.

Few people keep on wake me up by few methods, rub my hand, take off my shoe and so on.

I wake up….People keep on asking me: “are you afraid of blood?”

No no no………….

The man that assist to carry me said that I am quite heavy….huhu….

Then come a friend asking me how the situation when I fainted.

I explain a little bite then he said he know what I am going trough.

He had exactly same experience with me.   Whatever panic situation he will fainted.  We can’t face too exciting/scary impact.

And he finally overcomes this problem after a time. Now, he successfully don’t have fainted issue anymore.

Thanks to him for sharing story and advice coz I can also to beat this experience. I can! I can!

First time fainted experience:

1.  Childhood time

That time I was staying with my youngest uncle and we (cousin) play around.

My cousin suddenly fall down and forehead hit the wooden door.  大肿包very fast appears.

I saw it and felt uncomfortable and felt like getting sick for whole afternoon.  I went to sleep and can’t sleep well.  Just like getting sick situation.

2.  Secondary school.

Forget it happen during form 2 or form 3 and many friends still remember the scene till now.  Everyone must read a newspaper’s short new in front of class.  Student will asking question from the reading.  It’s my turn and I had done read a news.  Friends start asking me question and I think I fainted after 1 or 2 friends asking me question.  My teacher scream Pengsan Pengsan.  Friends carry me to chair and again they said that I am quite heavy.

3.  Donate blood for the first time.

First time donate blood, maybe quite nervous the felt uncomfortable again.  People already done but I need rest more compare with others. 

But after few times donation, I don’t have dizzy problem.

And it happens again for the N time….continuously….

So I start to give up for blood donation.  Really uncomfortable feeling when your whole body is freezing, your blood is stop circulate.  Your body is getting stress/tension.  You will unconscious about one minute plus.

4.  Working at Kim Hin.

That times my scope of work really unknown so I work as general worker.  My finger get into conveyor belt/pulley and little bit been 夹到。 I am very nervous coz if unlucky; my finger will be broken.  So, again I sit there and have a rest until I getting normal.
