1.8.2012 Welcome ot Wisma Mahmud


WISMA MAHMUD-
A brand new life new challenge for me.

Because of Wisma Mahmud, I meet with my funniest supervisor again.

Arwandi Hamji been demoted from supervisor to become my operation supervisor, as my assistants.

Actually at the first my boss not really agree to demoted the supervisor but luckly my second boss strongly suggest for that; if not really nothing much history will be happened.

And because of this, a supervisor from Sarikei finally has the only chance back to Kuching or consider back to nearest kampong which been waiting for long long time.

Normal people will think it’s much easier to continue a management which been organized since 18 years ago, just continue what ever been practiced.

Unfortunately, once taking over day by day and discover the whole true story that behind the screen;  this building really has something special case need to continue.  Something that make you dilemma and hard to make decision to continue the practice and make a new method.

First challenge:
1.        Lack of cleaner- the day taking over are closer and closer and the cleaner still not yet confirm the condition, the amount and the offer letter.  First of all my boss said is outsource but when my HQ boss interrupt, she said is internal.  Actually from the beginning my kuching boss already emphasized/signal that he want to outsource and thousand of excuse for taking over cleaner.  Day by day I can’t sleep well coz the most important part still not yet settle-cleaner.  Luckly my HQ boss and HQ cleaning supervisor come to assist me to source out those equipment which need to purchase, meet and discuss the condition with all cleaners.
Finally offer letter done and cleaner all happy with the condition, just instead of 5 cleaner become 4 cleaner due to one of them refuse to join.  4 people to cover 7 level from fasting month until 27.8.2012.  From starting received a lot of complaint due to lack of tissue, slow cleaning and so on.

2.        Super big boss towel need to supply and maintenance.
3.       Level 2&3’s toiletries equipment belongs to tenant and we need to return back and install our own.  Oh man, don’t think it’s easy just taking over like that.  It’s really not as easier as you think.
4.       Many outstanding defect not yet settle and the cost really make you FXXXing surprise!

5.       Security- morning shift at the starting really worst.  2 of them always absence and really scared during Hari Raya, that 2 security really simply on leave due to been applied leave.  Damn it, luckly night shift’s guard really the best!



Since 27 July until now almost everyday I busy for complaint, settle down those paper work and so on.
I never sit on chair more than 1 hours, no time for me FBing or youtube.
My life totally changes, not like last time as Mechanical Engineer can sit on the same chair more than 2 hours.
Since I station at Wisma Mahmud, I become very fast to fell hungry.  Maybe due to always walking up and down.  Suprisely my wife also facing same problem like me.

 I really focus on this new challenge and desperate to proof that something special about me.
Jong not only can do something like others but I also special and much better than others.

This is what I am waiting for long time.

Thanks to have a nice & helpful clerk, a experience operation supervisor & handyman and a very hardworking general worker.

Thanks to HQ staff far away from Selangor to assist me for cleaning and asset.

I target can settle down 100% after 2 months.
