So now involve of my staff due to she now in work place....
So, the person been complaint by her boss.
Then she ask me who complaint, i straight they her the name who complaint.....
Coz i am too angry that this girl keep on complaint nonsense.
I ask her did you sister cover you when you over rest....
She last and answered:" she not even dare to stop more that a minutes there if she went to the parking booth."
Means that the complaint is too much already....
When they 'fight' each other, the spy call me and complaint why you told them is me complaint.
Why?
I ask her back why you say my cleaner at parking booth their to replace her sister.
No la....i never say like that ....maybe he misunderstanding....
I say sorry.....i want you to learn lesson never simply complaint something is not true.
Her boss also call me and complaint why tell the name....
same answer i told him to make her learnt lesson.....
then i meet the big boss, he talk about this issue and teach me back a lesson.
No matter how, you can't sell the name who complaint, coz they will facing each others everyday.
If they keep on not happy each other everyday, how's the working environment?
So better don't, no matter how unhappy with one of them; you still must solve the problem

just mention openly without selling any name.....
if really happen again, then you start again individually giving warning....
