Just received an email from my boss regarding cc issue...
Oh no!!!
I have a very like to drink 汽水/pok sui punya boss.
Because i had promised him to cc him what ever email.
But this time after i had promised, i repeated the same mistake.
Oh.....really 小气鬼。。。。。
Yes, is my fault......
But.............................what ever email must cc you.........aihhhhhhhhh
Email, complaint, talk ......this there is big knowledge you must control/learn well.
It's really never ending learning lesson....
1. Complaint from email:
~you must study/analysis/full preparation before you send out a complaint from email.
~they will shoot you back if you send out something not completed or the problem still stuck on you.
~and yet, even if confirm the mistake come from others people; you also cannot simply shoot them back
unmercyly......really no point at all.....if found mistake confirm from others people...then you better keep quite
and don't try to add up some or ANY word...please....please just stop there and close the case....this is my
experience....

before this i already kena complaint always c.c people....
My taugeh nio already complaint one time......so she is in the list that i really rare to cc....no big issue i
wouldn't cc her...
one HQ finance staff complaint me always cc her coz she is not related to that particular issue...
she not happy and cc every one then shoot me back....ok....from this lesson....any payment issue i just email
my boss only,......he settle everything......kena tembak pun dia kena bukan i.....hehe......
But my boss ni terbalik......anything if he last to know.....he not happy........
Last time one issue i don't cc him but direct to my taugeh nio.....he not happy coz he know this from her.
That time he request me to cc him what ever email....and i so stupid email back and promise it wouldn't
happen again.
aiyoooooooo.....why you promise????? just keep quite la......aih...................
Just like some email; people like to set receipt email acknowledge and me always don't click it....
just purposely don't click it................and what ever email received, never ever reply back noted even tq....
don't, just don't do that coz that's the proof that show that you received the email already.
That's why until now i never ever reply email with tq or noted. NEVER!!
now he not happy coz the second time repeated history even i had promised already it wouldn't happen
again....aiyo.....this kind of boss really dangerous.......
IF can, i don't wish to use email.....but can meh? what century now and you telling me don't want to use
email? cannot be...
Just face it, keep on learning learning and improving!!!
That's the only way
3. Talk/communication
Don't simply said anything even you are top/boss in your section/department....
People's mouth is really hard to control....
So, talk nicely and only said those word is good one.....
