The comment from tenant- complaint the boss

While i dig back old customer survey form, i found this form 9.5.2013, two years ago.

She dare to complaint in form but never put her name and i able to trace her.

This is the culture here; wrote bad comment but don't dare to put their name.

I admitt that i am arrogant especially to her coz i never greet her.

Effective from that day i always greet her and today when i recall back; i still very arrogant.

Every time i enter at level 6, i just passby without greet anyone....

So, this is my big mistake & problem.

Ok then, today start again i need to improve my attitude.....

Greet and smile at everyone...and please don't just passby like that which pretend nothing happen.

Remember this!!!!
